Rates and currency

All prices is in Euro (€), but excluding fees and delivery costs abroad when payment is made using a credit card.


Transactions are always carried out in Euro (€). The card issuer may impose fees for currency conversion. We are not responsible for fees imposed by the card issuer. Items delivered by mail to countries outside the EU are exempt from VAT.

A customs duty may apply, but Per Valentin is not responsible for this.


We are not responsible price changes and out of stock or discontinued items.



Private customers can only pay by credit card as this offers the best protection.

The following cards are accepted: Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, V PAY, JCB, UnionPay, American Express.

When you pay by credit card, we do not debit the amount from your account until we ship your items. You will receive a payment receipt with your item.

We do NOT charge fees from PBS for completed transactions. You will only be charged the amount visible upon payment and actual delivery costs.


Order confirmation

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation. The order confirmation is sent to the email address provided when your order was submitted. The order confirmation contains an order number that should be used when you contact us.


Scope of application

Limited edition should not be used or reproduced, distributed without written consent of Per Valentin.



We guarantee the authenticity of the goods supplied in accordance with specifications listed under the picture. All pictures are made by Per Valentin.


Resevation of Titile

It is not possible to reserve goods in advance. Limited editions of images is only made in an edition of 50 pieces.


Revocation Instruction/Return Policy

Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working? If so you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is outlined below.

1. Within 3 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.

2. We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.

If Approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.


The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which customer aquires phisical possession of the goods purchased (i.e. the delivery moment) If customer decides to cancel and clearly comunicate to merchant about it within the

14 days, then merchant will reiburst him/her in full.


Only high value products need to be returned. High value is determined by our service team and is usually an item around €50 or more. If it is not high value then you do not need to return it and can keep the faulty product.

If we ask you to return the product we will discuss with you the most cost effective way to return ship it to us and give you full instructions including our address. You will receive your full/partial refund once we have received and checked the product.


Where do i send returns?

All returns are to be sent back to our returns facility Denmark, even if you ordered from overseas we only have one return facility in Denmark - Per Valentin, Breddam 61 DK-3230 Denmark.


Liability - Defective/Faulty goods and place of jurisdiction.

We are not responsible for damaged items not caused by improper packing from seller.

If faulty goods caused by defects and errors from our side we will replace the goods. If there are errors or defects in the

product caused by improper shipment (return of goods) or otherwise from the buyer the deal will be not be canceled. And the buyer can not expect getting returned the amount.
